Fresh baked, crusty white bread from the bakery is a treat. But how often do you buy a loaf only to go back the next day and find it has gone completely hard and inedible? There is a better way to keep bread fresh for longer. Simply cool the bread down to room temperature and then seal it in foil or in a plastic box. To keep it for even longer, immediately freeze it in slices and it will retain its taste for two months.
